用工程思维做贸易Trading with an engineer’s mindset
很多贸易纠纷并不出在价格上，而是出在规格没对齐、标准理解不一致、工厂能力被高估。我们习惯用工程的方式看产品：先把参数和标准讲清楚，再谈价格和交期。Many trade disputes are not about price. They come from mismatched specifications, different readings of a standard, or a factory that promised more than it can make. We look at products the way engineers do: settle the specs and standards first, then price and delivery.

2013 年来到中国后，他在这里完成学业并长期工作，既了解中国的工厂和商业习惯，也理解非洲客户在采购中的真实顾虑。Since coming to China in 2013 he has studied and worked here, which gives us a close view of how Chinese factories operate and of the real concerns African buyers have when they source from China.
